Kevin joined Stellex in December 2002 in his current position. Prior to this he was VP, Controller and Treasurer of Harvard Industries, a $500 million automotive supplier and held a similar position at the Pullman Company. In these two positions, Kevin was part of a management team that led the companies through major restructurings. Kevin is a Notre Dame graduate and CPA

Mike became SVP and General Counsel of Stellex in September 2000.  Previously, he served as Managing Director/General Counsel of a New York private equity firm. Mike practiced law in a Cleveland, Ohio law firm for 19 years, where he was a partner and the head of the firm’s business and financial practice.

Fran joined Stellex as a consultant in December 2002. He assumed his current position in June 2003. Before that, he held positions as President, Group Executive and Operations Partner in various aerospace, industrial, and private equity companies.

Tom joined Bandy as President in 1997. Before that, he was President of two other companies serving the aerospace industry. Tom has worked in the aerospace industry for over 20 years. He holds a Masters degree in mechanical engineering and is a registered professional engineer in California.

Stephen A. Marshall

Steve joined Premac as General Manager in April, 2003. Previously, he had 26 years in the aerospace industry most recently as President of Meggitt Avionics. During his career he has held a variety of senior management positions particularly in Sales & Marketing.
